Focuses on the economic and financial principles needed to operate a business.
Analyses the factors and conditions in an organisation that influences a few examples such as corporate behaviour, integration of structure and culture with the achievement of corporate goals.
Focuses on the development and execution of an integrated and strategic approach to human capital management.
Concentrates on the relevance of global intercultural communication, its relationship to corporate culture communication, and their significance for global business.
Provides marketing skills to develop strategic marketing plans to support organizations’ mission and values.
Examines the financial systems and tools used in controlling and measuring ongoing performance and implementing new strategies in the firm.
Focuses on the treasury related processes necessary to manage the liquidity of the organisation.
Covers topics such as trauma and postincident management, effective crisis communication, disaster response and media training.
Examines the issues related to management of business operation processes, from manufacturing to service, throughout the entire value chain in any industry group.
Integrates various business disciplines into a formal business and implantation strategy.
Focuses on the various elements of the strategic management process in analyzing the external competitive environment and the organization’s internal strengths and weaknesses.
Students work with faculty and other students to demonstrate competencies through an experiential project.
Each module spans over 4 consecutive days per month (Thursday to Sunday) and includes a comprehensive coverage of 20 hours of face-to-face lectures that is complemented with online course support, additional readings and resource materials.
You will emerge from the Dubuqe MBA with well-developed project management and global business management skills, which are highly sought after by employers in both the private and public sectors. You will be equipped to work as a manager in a multinational corporation, international SME or start your own consultancy business.
