Programme Structure

The California State University MBA comprises 12 module units, which consist of 8 core courses and 4 specialization courses. Participants are expected to contribute to the class learning experiences in a cohort and peer learning environment. You will be assessed based on experience, aptitude, potential, and managerial skills.

A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject (with minimum 10 years of working experience)


At least 21 years old with a Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 8 years work experience


Candidates above 30 years old will be considered on a case-by case basis upon completion of the Postgraduate diploma (3 Months)
