Responsibilities

• Be responsible for your own suite of programme/ portfolio
• Design and execute marketing plan to grow your portfolio
• Responsible for programme growth and development
• Follow up with customer enquiries and provide customized solutions and consultation

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma holders / Fresh Degree or the equivalent
• Enjoy customer engagement and communication
• Working experience in training, education, sales, marketing and customer services field will be beneficial
• A keen learner and passionate about life-long learning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage customers at various outreach channels (roadshow, branches, corporate events, call-centre and so on)
