AVENTIS CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL TRAINER (ACPT) PROGRAM

The Aventis Certified Professional Trainer program is designed to equip participants with the tools, strategies, and techniques required for professionals seeking to enhance their skills set. This certification program serves as an ideal framework for participants preparing and developing their teaching or training role; or individuals who are already in training and wish to enhance and upgrade their skills set and knowledge. Besides emphasising on key training skills set, the program aims to equip participants with the know-how to design and incorporate the Professional Trainer Toolkit to deliver competency-based training using time- tested methodology.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

This is a 6 months part-time program comprising of 4 modules. This program is tailored for working professionals with classes conducted on weekdays’ evenings from 7.00pm to 10.00pm or over weekends from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Each module is supported with 24 contact hours of face-to-face facilitation, conducted by our experienced faculty and Master Trainer.

AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS

The Graduate Diploma in Training and Development is awarded by Aventis School of Management. Graduates will be allowed to use the designatory letters "Grad Dip Training & Development" after their name upon completion of the program. Successful graduates will also receive a Professional Certification awarded by Aventis School of Management to certify them as a "Certified Professional Trainer" which will enable them to conduct training and executive education courses with Aventis Learning Group.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

All applicants must possess:

  • A degree or similar professional qualifications from a recognized university/institution, OR
  • A diploma from a polytechnic with at least 5 years of working experience.
  • Senior executives with extensive experience but without academic qualifications may be considered on a case-to-case basis.

Interested applicants are required to submit the following:

  • Duly-completed application form (download Form)
  • Certified true copies of all education certificates and transcripts
  • Application processing fee of S$107 (non-refundable)

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Participants may enrol and attend any of the modules for the acquisition of knowledge in a particular discipline. An executive certificate will be awarded for students that have fulfilled at least 80% attendance for that enrolled module.
