Innopreneurship is a transformative approach developed by Prof. Chen Jin (Tsinghua University) and Emeritus Prof. KC Chan (Wholistic Learning), blending action learning with their extensive research in management and innovation.  The book powerfully spotlights the pivotal role of human-centric “soft skills”—such as imagination, empathy, and purpose—defining these as the missing link in many transformation efforts, especially in an era increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence (AI).

Through practical guidance and real-world examples, it charts a pathway for cultivating authentic, high-performance innovation cultures that are resilient, adaptable, and sustainable for the long-term. By embracing innopreneurship, leaders and organisations are empowered to drive meaningful change—ensuring that innovation remains grounded in people, values, and visionary thinking, even as technology accelerates forward
