Dr Fong is a Workplace Consultant Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in counselling, consultancy and training.  He is a former lead clinical consultant of Optum Global Solutions and he served in  United Healthcare Group for 17 years.

Dr Celestine Tan is an Educational Therapist with Kaleidoscope Therapy Centre, and Being Counseling and Wellness Centre, as well as a member of American Psychological Association and British Dyslexia Association. She has 23 years of teaching experience with students who are intellectually disabled or with special needs. 

Ms Jeslyn Lim is the Founder and Managing Director of Mind Culture. She is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Thrive Psychology Clinic Pte Ltd.

Ms Erin Lee is the founder and a Mindfulness Coach at Mindful Moments Singapore. She is also a Certified MBSR teacher, hypnotherapist and consultant in stress management. She serves as an Associate Lecturer in Republic Polytechnic.
