ASM Young Manager Program - Participant Profile

This program is design for high potential executives and professionals, the program is particularly geared toward professionals who may have mastered a specific functional or technical area, and are ready to move up to a position of greater responsibility within their organizations.

Typically, participants are functional managers or professional specialists with around 2-3 years of managerial experience, from a variety of disciplines and willing to gain a solid general management overview. To ensure an optimal peer interaction and learning environment, all candidates are carefully selected to maintain the balance of industries, function and companies representation in each cohort.
