This program is design for high potential executives and professionals, the program is particularly geared toward professionals who may have mastered a specific functional or technical area, and are ready to move up to a position of greater responsibility within their organizations.

Typically, participants are functional managers or professional specialists with around 2-3 years of managerial experience, from a variety of disciplines and willing to gain a solid general management overview.
