Stage 1: Understanding Adult Learning & Self Discovery (2 Days)

The Basic in Training essentials program is delivered over 2 full day of intensive workshop will provide participants with an introduction to the professional training industry and a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a professional trainer.

Exclusive Learning Experience

To ensure maintain the quality of the Master Class, enrolment is capped at 15 participants per session. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Awards & Certifications

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Excellence after the successful completion of each stage by Aventis School of Management, a recognition of professional excellence. Upon completion of the entire program, participants will be conferred the Aventis Certified Management Consultant Award.

ExclusiveEntry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, but it is expected that most candidates are intending to enter in to a management consulting role and will therefore be educated to degree level or hold a minimum of two years business experience.

As a guide:

• It is recommended that candidates are educated to degree level or postgraduate equivalent, and hold a minimum of five years' business experience.
• Relevant qualifications/experience to underpin their specific technical competence or Managerial roles in your primary area of technical specialism or expertise
