This intensive 6 Day program is designed to provide participants with leading-edge coaching skills, tools and resources for effective training and development skills. This certification program will equip you with the framework and principles behind effective training techniques.

This is a structured program delivered in 3 Step By Step approach over 3 months comprising of the following:

Exclusive Learning Experience

To ensure maintain the quality of the Master Class, enrolment is capped at 15 participants per session. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Awards & Certifications

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Excellence after the successful completion of each stage by Aventis School of Management, a recognition of professional excellence. Upon completion of the entire program, participants will be conferred the Aventis Certified Professional Trainer Award.

COMPREHENSIVE INSTRUCTIONAL MANUAL

All participants will received a set of Aventis Proprietary Course Manual: comprehensive material tailored for professionals notes, Case Studies approach valued at US$3,500

Entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, but it is expected that most candidates are intending to enter in to a trainer or lecturing role and will therefore be educated to degree level or hold a minimum of five years business experience.

As a guide:

• It is recommended that candidates are educated to degree level or postgraduate equivalent, and hold a minimum of five years' business experience.
• Relevant qualifications/experience to underpin their specific technical competence or Managerial roles in your primary area of technical specialism or expertise
