Student Enrollment Procedure

All international students who wish to enroll in any Full-Time course offered by Asia Pacific Centre for Management Leadership requires a Student Pass. The Student Pass is generated by the approved by the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA).

The direct application process is convenient and takes between 4-8 weeks for processing. The exact student enrollment process is summarized in the flowchart below.

Letter of Offer – An letter generated by the school to offer student a place in their course

Student Pass Applications documents includes

• 2 copies of each form – Form 16, Form V36 and Form V39s
• English Translation & Notary of Application’s Birth Certificate
• English Translation & Notary of Applicant’s Graduation Certificates and Academic Transcripts
• 5 recent passport size photo (2 for School + 3 for Student Pass Applications)
• Photocopy of applicant’s passport
• If applicant is a citizen from one of the Visa-required countries, proof of financial ability in the form of bank statements/FD accounts is required
• Certificate of Student Insurance (NTUC) – Student Protection Scheme

* Applicants must produce all original documents for verification during collection of Student Pass.
