Professor Martha Cook
Prof. Cook is a highly experienced international marketer with extensive credential in the launching and marketing of FMCG. Her experience includes work with European companies seeking to penetrate into the highly competitive American marketplace. Her scope of experience includes: advertising, promotion design, trade management, sales, new product development/launch, consumer research, package design and management of media planning and buying.As the overall Marketing Director overseeing New Product Launches, she was charged with building the core marketing function from scratch. As an internationally renonwned Marketer, She is fluent in other foreign language including French, German and Italian. Professor COok holds a Master’s degree in International Management and is completing her Ph.D. in Marketing. She has taught a range of courses at the university. Professor Cook is also speaks frequently in major international marketing conferences and keynote events.
Professor Armen Hovakimian, PhD Finance, Boston College
Professor Armen Hovakimian is a Professor of Finance at Baruch College, The City University of New York, where he has taught undergraduate, MBA, Ph.D., and Executive courses on various topics in corporate finance. He has also held part-time academic positions at Boston College and Emory University. Professor Hovakimian’s research involves analyses of various aspects of corporate finance, including corporate capital structure, credit ratings, seasoned and initial debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, deposit insurance, and commercial banks’ risk taking behavior. His research has been presented at a number of international conferences and has been published in top academic and practitioner finance and economics journals.
