  • Lead project independently, identify key issues and develop appropriate programs for it
  • Carry out (or instruct) all Step One tasks which includes research development and management (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Interview design and execution (formal and street)
  • Workshop structure development & moderation
  • Desk research & trend studies
  • Overall strategic analysis
  • Translate strategic implications into design directions and deliverables
  • Work with the design heads to ensure strategic recommendations are carried through the creative and implementation process
