An experienced Operational Risk Professional is currently being sought by this leading Foreign Banking Institution. With offices throughout the world, this bank has developed an excellent reputation as a blue chip organisation and has a truly enviable market presence in Asia Pacific.

Focusing on the banks Financial Markets businesses in the region, you will take responsibility for the ongoing evaluation of all systems, processes and infrastructure to ensure policies and standards are in place to effectively identify, assess and measure operational risks, assist in promoting and ensuring optimal fraud prevention controls are in place, assessing all new businesses, key business projects and business process changes to confirm their impact on the operational risk profile. You will also be required to form strong working relationships with the heads of finance and operations within the Asia Pac region.

This role would suit an experienced Audit or Operational Risk professional with a solid understanding and background in Financial Markets from an operations, finance or audit perspective.

The successful applicant will be degree and or post qualified in an accounting or finance discipline and will possess 8+ years’ relevant experience within a commercial or investment banking environment.
