This intensive program is designed to provide participants with leading-edge coaching skills, tools and resources for effective training and development skills. This certification program will equip you with the framework and principles behind effective training techniques.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

This is a structured program delivered in 2 stages over 3 months comprises of 2 learning blocks of

Stage 1: Jump Start Your Career

2 Full day workshop with the Master Coach to work on areas of focus for each individual who includes Charting of the Career-Life Line, further in-depth interpretation of competencies, style and interests, and resume.

Stage 2: Aventis Career Coaching Certification

2 Full day workshops include peer coaching, practicum. One to one coaching and assessment for certification.

PERSONALIZED LEARNING EXPERIENCE

To ensure maintain the quality and optimal learning experience, each certification program enrolment is capped at 15 participants per session. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The entire certification program can be completed over a duration of 3 months with post-certification support and assistance. The Fees for the entire Certification program will be as follow.
