According to the report, the most important corporate resource over the next 20 years will be talent: smart, sophisticated businesspeople who are technologically literate, globally astute, and operationally agile. And even as the demand for talent goes up, the supply of it will be going down. With the global war for talent intensifying, it is imperative to invest in best in class talent management practices.

The Graduate Diploma in Talent Management is designed for HR and business professionals seeking to acquire, develop, and retain talent. The program is beneficial to both HR professionals and functional managers and business leaders who are seeking advanced talent management skills to develop and deploy an effective strategic talent management framework within their organization.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

This is a 6 months part-time program comprising of 4 modules. This program are tailored for working professionals and classes are conducted on weekdays evening from 7.00pm to 10.00pm or over weekends. Each module is supported with 24 contact hours of face to face lectures which are conducted by our experienced faculty.

AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS

The Graduate Diploma in Talent Management is awarded by Aventis School of Management. Graduates will be allowed to use the designatory letters “Grad Dip Talent Management” after their name upon completion of the program.

You are also eligible to apply for professional certification and designation of a “Registered HR Specialist” awarded by the Centre for Behavioral Science, the leading professional body for Psychology and Organizational Development. Registration fees for CBS Professional membership and RHRS certification of S$1,000 payable to “Centre for Behavioral Science Pte Ltd” apply.

ARTICULATION PATHWAY

This is an internationally recognized program, upon successful completion of the program, applicants will be granted advanced standing and exemptions into the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

All applicants must possess:

  • A degree or similar professional qualifications from a recognized university/institution, OR
  • A diploma from a polytechnic with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Senior executives with extensive experience but without academic qualification may be considered on a case to case basis.

  • Statement of Personal & Career Objectives
  • Application processing fee of S$107 (non-refundable)

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

For participants that have enrolled and attended any of the modules for the acquisition of knowledge in a particular discipline, they will be issued with a Graduate Certificate if they fulfil at least 80% attendance and have successfully completed the examination for 2 elected modules.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:All notice of withdrawal must be in writing. A full refund of the course fees paid will be made if notice of withdrawal is received more than 60 days before course commencement. If notice of withdrawal is received between 60 to 30 days before course commencement, 75% of course fees paid will be refunded. No refund will be made after the commencement of the course.
